Advice...anyone?

I know one of the more challenging parts of having two kids is time management and I've done fairly well with that but...anyone have any advice on what to do when your 3 year old just got over an awful stomach bug and is running around crazy, your husband is in bed now sick as a dog with the stomach bug, your one year old has been waking up the past two nights for 3 hours at a time around 2am cringing with stomach pains and now getting officially sick, you're 20 weeks pregnant, nauseous, sleep deprived, and the first dreaded signs of the illness are showing their ugly face with you? Oh and there's nobody else around to help? I'm at a loss here. Any help or advice is appreciated.

UPDATE...Let me tell you this virus is fierce! Luckily T.J.'s parents came over around 5 or so last night to be with the kids and I finally got to lay down and rest...for about two minutes before I REALLY got sick (I think 16 times total to be exact- which I don't understand how that happens since I hadn't eaten anything in 24 hrs except saltines- I basically felt like death). That period of time was the worst because I can usually push myself but I was literally helpless and really wishing my mom was here. T.J. and I still have fever but hopefully the worst is over. A friend of mine is coming to pick Tripp up to take him out to lunch for a little while with her girl so that will be nice for everyone. I guess this is what happens when your child goes to mothers day out!
