Bored bored bored....

Uhhh we have NOTHING, NADA, ZIP to report from this weekend because we have been stuck inside all weekend since snow and ice are still everywhere. Other than Starbucks we have been nowhere since Thursday...I have major cabin fever. My car does not have 4 wheel drive so is not driveable at the moment. I drove it to Starbucks Saturday morning and on the way back my car was sliding everywhere-I thought maybe it's because I have no clue how to drive on ice but no, T.J. drove it and it's the car, not me. I think the high today was 21? 22? I'll try to be positive...at least we will be in the mid 30's by the end of this week- only a week of being stuck inside before the ice melts. Please don't get me wrong- I think it's great to be stuck inside because of snow with family and drink hot chocolate, roast marshmallows, etc but only for a day OR two. After that I'm ready to get out. I'm usually on the go so I'm not really used to just "being". According to my mom it's been in the 70's in Atlanta- I cannot WAIT to get there. I've already organized everything I can possibly organize...if you have any creative ideas of what to do while stuck inside you are more than welcome to share them! I hope everyone else had a great weekend!
I will add a tidbit from Tripp...this weekend he really started talking about how his tummy is getting bigger. Here's how the conversation between he and I went...
Tripp: "mama look my tummy's getting sooo big"
Me: "oh wow you ate a lot for lunch good job"
Tripp: "No, there is a baby growing in there. Her name is Charlotte."
Me: "oh really?"
Tripp: "yeah. I went to the doctor and the doctor said she's doing good. She's ok."
Me: "oh that's great"
So I put my hand on his stomach and tell him I can feel her kicking. He then let me know that oh she's not up there near his belly button, she's "down there", pointing to another part of his body a little lower. Interesting that's where his baby is considering at least once a week he looks at my chest and tells me how big my baby's getting. Each time I have to remind him the baby is in my stomach.

Monday update: I think I was being a little overdramatic yesterday when I posted this...I took Tripp to school this morning so the roads are not as bad as I thought!

love the slide show. snow is so awesome but after a few days of being inside it gets a little old for sure! the answer to your e-mail about the clothes~ BellaRose is still true to age. she is 6+ months old and still in 3-6 month clothes. she can actually still wear some 0-3 month clothes. i don't know if that is typical or not, but that is how BellaRose has been!
