T-Ball

As previously mentioned today was a big day for the boys...Jack's first day of school (he did very well) and Tripp's first day in a new class with a new teacher and tonight he had his first T-Ball practice. Jack's teachers said he did really well at school today and really brightened up when it was time for recess outside. They said Tripp was so sweet to Jack and would come up to him and kiss him and hug him (Tripp & Jack have recess together). Tripp had a blast at school...the teachers said they have a crazy class but that they all had fun.

OK enough about school...on to T-Ball. My baby Tripp is growing up! I remember running around Chastain Park and seeing the little fritter boys "playing" T-Ball, not knowing where they were running or what they were doing, and I always thought it was so cute and funny! Now Tripp is one of those little fritters! Practice was cut short due to weather (which is probably a blessing because Tripp was exhausted) but I think he had fun. My favorite part was seeing them run the bases (AKA running circles around the coach).

Here are a few pictures of Tripp (green hat or no hat), George (red hat), and some of the team...

Jack had the pleasure of sitting in the stroller with George's brother Vince and WAS NOT HAPPY...he was dying to go play on the field.

Anytime I think about t-ball as well I think about Chastain! How funny. Like I always say your kids are awesome. I can't wait to hear about the ATL trip. I wish I could have been there. Hopefully next time!
