Good times

OK I think I'm officially the WORST at posting and promise to get better...what's it been about two weeks since my last post? We have been pretty busy around here. Sunday we got back from the beach and Atlanta. Pop took us to Blue Mountain Beach which is on the Gulf in Florida and we stayed at The Adagio

The Adagio was great- we had a condo that was perfect for us. The kids had a great time especially at the pool but at times it was a tad too hot outside (I think the heat index outside was around 115). We played at the beach and pool lots of the time and almost every night we went to Seaside (which was about 3 miles away), where Tripp was proposed to for the first time by Sutton. Tripp and Sutton enjoyed running around on the huge grassy knoll while Jack enjoyed crawling around on it and actually stood up unassisted for the first time (uh oh one step closer to Jack taking off running and never stopping!).

The kids both loved Pop and couldn't get enough of him so they spent a lot of time with him. We also enjoyed the Donut Hole several mornings (which is where Tripp got his cookie from).

Altogether it was a great trip and much needed- I don't think I've really been to the beach for over 2 years so my time was due!

We went to Atlanta from the beach for Ashley's wedding (which I do not yet have pictures of- waiting for my mom's) which was fun and it was so great to see and talk to so many people from high school but especially Al, Erin, Logan, Anna, and Kristen. I always forget how much I miss everyone until I see them and I am really looking forward to the 10th yr Lovett reunion in a couple months! I will post a wedding post with pictures once I get the pictures.

Other than the vacation Tripp's growing up and maturing more everyday- I swear he grows and his vocabulary expands everyday- and Jack is like a little beansprout- as previously stated he's been standing up unassisted, he crawled upstairs unassisted today (with me behind him of course!), and he's getting little curls in the back of his almost nonexistent hair- so cute!

Before heading to bed I'd like to share with you one of my favorite conversations between Tripp and my dad while at the beach. Tripp had just gotten out of the bath and went to sit on the sofa quietly...
Tripp: oooo Pop I think I'm gonna frow up.
Pop: What Buddy?! You ok?!
Tripp: SUCKER! (or as he said...suckew!)

Well I am delirious and off to bed now but promise we will post more soon! I hope everyone out there is doing great!

Hey! I thought about when we all went to seaside for spring break and my birthday! I saw both serendipity and the one we stayed in for my b'day (forgot the name though). They both look exactly the same! I also saw some tandem bikes (which I'm sure you want to have nothing to do with now).

Oh we went back to Atlanta to go to Ashley Burleson's wedding.

Actually I do remember Q-ing! For some reason I always think of Ashley Halter and Sue when I think of that! I completely forgot about all that!
