Our house is always busy- some may call it chaotic at times- but I love it and wouldn't trade it for the world.
The kids...they are nuts...we have a Mr. and Mrs. Sneaky and a Mr. Mischief.
Mr. Sneaky aka Tripp
He has always been the one that is least willing to go to bed. He has mastered the art of sneaking downstairs after we put him in his room. Nobody hears him...not even a breath. T.J. and I expect anything so we're used to it but he almost gave my mother in law a heart attack when she came over to babysit, was laying down on the couch reading magazines, turns around and Tripp is sitting in the chair behind her smiling and says HELLO.
He came downstairs tonight because he had "five questions" for me, so we sent him back to bed (99% of the time he minds). I was downstairs cleaning, talking on the phone etc. Several hours pass and we go upstairs to go to bed and find this....yes, he is dead asleep.
Mr. Mischief aka Jack
If you know Jack fairly well, it's pretty self explanatory. For those of you that don't, this is just one of the things I found him doing today (in addition to standing on top of the changing table, and his teachers also tell me he enjoys "performing" on top of the tables at school). Another example: the other day I was putting Tripp's shoes on to go outside to play in several inches of snow and before I knew it...Jack was outside, nothing but a diaper on, running around in the snow and laughing.
Little Miss Sneaky aka Charlotte
Last night T.J. "cooked dinner" (aka chicken nuggets and fries for the boys). Here I am, trying to get Jack to smile and get in the picture with his siblings, I go to take the picture and Charlotte has stolen Jack's fry (god forbid), and shoved it in her mouth- all while I was taking the picture. Seriously...it took her about two seconds, and NO we do NOT give her fries.
Then she proceeded to steal Tripp's drink- I guess she's a little more fond of the straw (and as you can see, tunes out the chaos completely). When she wants something she makes sure to get it.

Thanks for the comment. It made me smile! I did feel like a princess so I guess that counts, right? Your kids are cuties and I hope you have a very Merry Christmas!
